Returns for refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and under the conditions that the product is:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In original packaging
- Item has been returned within 30 days
Returns will not be accepted due to a change of mind or if the customer has made an error in the ordering process. Unfortunately we can not accept returns for products that have shrunk. Our products have been preshrunk to minimise shrinkage, but PLEASE REFER TO CARE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OUTLINED. Postage costs are to be paid by the customer unless the issue has occurred due to mistake on our behalf. If the mistake has been made by us we will send a return label to send the product back. If there is no stock to make an exchange for the product we will issue a refund.
If you would like to request a return or exchange please send an email to email@example.com with details about the issue. Also if photo evidence of any faults are provided we may not need the item sent back.
Once the product has been received by us and approved we will notify you of your exchange or refund. If possible please include a short note about the problem and the original packing slip.
